Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach / Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and system requirements to achieve significant business outcomes. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, performing impact analysis, and refining requirements into executable specifications for the development teams. This position requires a deep understanding of the business and technical domain, leveraging experience from multiple software implementations to provide thought leadership.
Responsibilities: - Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
- Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
- Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
- Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
- Act as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
- Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
- Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies
- For vendor applications, work closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements including assisting with acceptance testing where needed
- Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions
- Mentor more junior Analysts
Requirements: - Experience as an Agile Coach
- Proficient as an Agile Scrum Master
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira)
- Proven experience with Agile Project Delivery

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
