Job Title: Machine Technician (Equipment) - Engineer

Location: Boulder, CO /onsite

Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience

Job Description

•              Hands-on experience operating and maintaining softgoods fabrication equipment, including:

o             Cutting machines

o             Bonding / lamination equipment

o             Sewing machines

o             Heat presses / forming tools

•              Strong understanding of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance

•              Ability to troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues quickly

•              Working knowledge of softgoods materials such as textiles, microfibers, silicone, and adhesives

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

•              Strong written and verbal communication skills

•              Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

•              Committed to meeting stringent deadlines

•              Proactive driven and result oriented

•              Ability to find solutions with network

Must Have

•                Soft goods Prototype Development, maintaining softgoods fabrication equipment Textile, Silicone Prototyping, Polymer Prototyping, Design for Manufacturability (DFM ) Prototyping, Sewing machines, Validation Testing and NPI / New Product Introduction, manufacturability constraints, textiles, microfibers, silicone, and adhesives machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
