Job Description:
Data Support Analyst (Product Analyst)

Join our team as a Data Support Analyst (Product Analyst) and play a key role in bridging business users, product teams, and data solutions. In this highly collaborative position, you will help drive data quality, support analytics users, troubleshoot data-related issues, and ensure stakeholders can effectively leverage business intelligence tools to make informed decisions.
What You'll Do

As a Data Support Analyst, you will:
  • Investigate and help resolve data gaps and inconsistencies related to data models and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Product Advisors, and delivery teams to facilitate user training sessions, demonstrations, and adoption efforts.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with business users and power users.
  • Serve as a point of contact for user support, answering "how-to" questions and assisting with issue escalation.
  • Conduct periodic data validation and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to investigate issues related to booking practices, missing information, and other process-related challenges.
  • Develop and promote best practices for business engagement and communication within cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the delivery team in power-user meetings and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support users working with self-service analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Access, and Excel.
  • Assist with business benefit tracking and reporting processes when required.
  • Manage flat file handling, data mappings, and related data support activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA 2.0.
  • Intermediate SQL skills, including:
    • Joins
    • Aggregations
    • Null handling
    • Views
    • Subqueries
    • Window functions
    • Data pivoting (CASE and PIVOT syntax)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues within analytics and reporting models.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Exposure to self-service analytics and data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
  • Experience supporting business users in data-driven environments.
