We are looking for Netskope DEM Administrator for our client in Toronto, ON.

Job Title: Netskope DEM Administrator

Job Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

  • The Netskope DEM Administrator will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and optimizing Digital Experience Management using Netskope DEM to ensure high end-user experience, proactive issue identification, and actionable insights across endpoints, networks, and applications.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Netskope DEM (Digital Experience Management).
  • Solid understanding of end-user experience monitoring.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP).
  • Knowledge of application performance concepts.
  • Experience with Windows/macOS endpoint monitoring.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud applications, and remote workforce environments.
  • Experience with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Experience with dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the Netskope DEM platform across enterprise environments.
  • Monitor endpoint, network, and application performance to identify user experience issues.
  • Configure and fine-tune synthetic tests, real-user monitoring (RUM), alerts, thresholds, and dashboards.
  • Analyze performance metrics (latency, packet loss, jitter, application response times) and provide insights.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot digital experience degradations before business impact.
  • Create custom dashboards and reports for operations, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for end-user experience issues and document findings.
  • Integrate Netskope DEM with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and monitoring ecosystems.
  • Support change, incident, and problem management processes.
  • Collaborate with Network, EUC, SOC, and Application teams for resolution and optimization.
  • Maintain platform upgrades, best practices, and health checks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.
