Junior Fund Transfer – Analyst

Specific Duties:

• Knowledge & Experience in funds transfer investigation and Payment Processing

• Handling Process escalations, work allocations and providing support to team members in critical activities

• Should be able to Manage end to end Funds Transfer process and ensuring all the Inquiries & queries raised by internal department and Client Servicing Group

• Knowledge of Remitter, Beneficiary Bank, Nostro Bank, Correspondence Bank & Intermediary Bank

• Knowledge of Swifts & its workflow. E.g.. MT 103, 202, 999, 199 etc.

Experience

Relevant experience should be 1 year. 1.5-3 years of total experience. Should have managed operations for international client.

Skills / competency requirements

• Commerce Graduate

• Should be flexible to work in shifts & cover US working hours

• Experience in managing operations for international clients

• Must be aware of the impact of Fund Transfer

• Excellent in MS Office, communication skills, inter-personal skills
