Job Title:  Technical Analyst – Application Packaging and Software Delivery

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA and Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid 4 Days a week office)

Job Duration: Contract/C2C/W2

Responsibilities

•         Perform application discovery, packaging, testing, and deployment for Windows and macOS environments

•         Build and maintain application packages in MSI, MSIX, PKG, and macOS formats

•         Create and deploy application packages using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (application model, task sequences, and deployment types)

•         Develop and deploy cloud-based application packages using Microsoft Intune (Win32 apps, line-of-business apps, and enterprise app deployment)

•         Perform Intune packaging, including Win32 app conversion (Intunewin), detection rules, requirements, and assignment profiles

•         Integrate and manage macOS application deployment using JAMF Pro (JSS integrations and policy deployment)

•         Ensure packages meet customer requirements and pass QA validation before production release

•         Troubleshoot complex application deployment and packaging issues across SCCM, Intune, and VDI environments

•         Coordinate with transition and transformation teams to deliver packaging requirements aligned with SOW and Process Change Requests (PCRs)

•         Schedule and manage software distribution to targeted user/device groups within defined timelines

•         Monitor deployment success rates and ensure compliance across SCCM and Intune environments

•         Perform remediation for failed deployments and endpoint-level installation issues

•         Generate deployment and compliance reports and drive resolution with stakeholders

•         Maintain workflow tracking systems for all packaging and distribution activities

•         Ensure monthly patching and application compliance across enterprise endpoints

•         Support Citrix and VDI environments for application delivery and performance

•         Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Experience & Requirements

•         Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in application packaging and deployment.

•         Strong expertise in packaging and deploying applications across Windows and macOS platforms.

•         Hands-on experience with:

•         Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)

•         Microsoft Intune (Win32 apps, Autopilot, co-management)

•         JAMF Pro (macOS management and deployment)

•         Strong knowledge of packaging formats: MSI, MSIX, PKG, App-V, IntuneWin

•         Experience with enterprise packaging tools: Flexera AdminStudio, InstallShield, Ivanti, ThinApp

•         Proficiency in scripting: PowerShell, VBScript, Batch scripting

•         Working knowledge of:

•         Microsoft Graph API

•         Citrix / VDI environments

•         Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise application delivery.

•         Experience with SCCM and Intune co-management preferred.
