Scrum Master — Hypervisor Migration

Experience with infrastructure Projects

Run the day-to-day delivery cadence for the migration program — sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and wave readiness reviews — across multiple datacenters and timezone.

Setting the VMware migration cadence, sequencing waves with application owners, driving change control, and ensuring a globally distributed engineering team stays unblocked.

Sequence migration waves in coordination with application owners, infrastructure teams, and the contractor engineers executing cutovers; confirm scope, downtime windows, and rollback criteria for every wave.
