DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a permanent Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to secure our hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You'll be the go-to expert for network security operations, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring team
members, and ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
DUTIES

• Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
• Architect and implement secure network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
• Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
• Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical network support.
• Maintain strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Use excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Hands on with zero trust architecture and network.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture in response to evolving threats.
• Support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Build a resilient and scalable network to support business growth.

TECHNICAL

• Cisco Networking & Security Stack
  • (Catalyst, Nexus, Umbrella, FTD, FirePOWER, ISE, Meraki, ACI)
• Cloud Networking & Security
  • (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform - hybrid cloud architecture and security integration)
• Advanced Routing Protocols & Automation
  • (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF; scripting with Python or PowerShell is a plus)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
