Role: Salesforce DevOps and Admin

Duration: 6 months

Location: Canada (remote)

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps & Administrator with strong hands-on experience in GitHub-based version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation. The role requires managing Salesforce deployments, supporting admin activities, and ensuring smooth source-driven development across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for Salesforce deployments.
• Manage GitHub as the source code repository, following best practices for source control.
• Create and manage feature branches, release branches, and hotfix branches.
• Perform Pull Requests (PRs), code reviews, merge strategies, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain version control governance, including branching strategies and access controls.
• Support Salesforce administration activities such as user management, profiles, permission sets, and data management.
• Handle Salesforce deployments across sandboxes and production using automated and manual processes.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and release teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and Salesforce release management standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and DevOps.
• Strong experience with GitHub version control management.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
