Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn your role as a Specialty Systems Design Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to direct the design and construction for one of the most advanced semiconductor fabs in the world.
You will be responsible for producing cutting-edge detailed designs of process water and chemical systems that are fully integrated with state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For: Provide construction administration to on-going Taylor construction activities by reviewing and approving documentation such as submittals and requests for information.
Direct and facilitate the creation, review, and permitting of construction documents from gathering factory utility table to IFC (issue for construction) for 2nm wafer product for existing and new customers.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance team to develop plans for maximizing operational and maintenance efficiency during Taylor fab 1 start-up and commissioning.
Oversee Taylor fab 1 project to meet design criteria, scope, budget and schedule.
Support capacity studies and retrofit design of S2 facility as needed.
Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need: BS or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with semiconductor facilities Process Water and Chemicals systems experience designing, maintaining, or installing of distribution piping, related system equipment and infrastructure.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience outside of semiconductor manufacturing facilities such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, industrial wastewater treatment, or other related field.
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
