Job description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow lead to design architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technical solution ensuring alignment with business requirements platform best practices scalability and governance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBMSPM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC and custom applications
- Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development integration and implementation teams
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices design standards and platform governance
- Architect and review integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty systems using REST SOAP MID Server IntegrationHub and other enterprise integration patterns
- Design data model CMDB strategy service mapping approach workflows and automation frameworks
- Conduct solution reviews code reviews and architecture governance checkpoints
- Identify technical risks dependencies and mitigation plans during project lifecycle
- Guide platform performance optimization upgrade planning release management and instance strategy
- Collaborate with program managers business analysts developers and product owners to drive successful delivery
- Support estimation proposal creation roadmap planning and strategic advisory for ServiceNow initiatives
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture design and implementation
Strong handson expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM SPM SecOps or GRC
Deep understanding of
- ServiceNow platform architecture

- Service Portal UI Builder
- Security and access controls
- Performance tuning and platform governance
Experience designing enterprise scale integrations and complex workflows
Strong understanding of Agile DevOps and Service Management frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management communication and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to lead teams and provide strategic technical direction
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS in relevant modules
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect CTA or equivalent advanced certification preferred
- Experience in largescale digital transformation or enterprise service management programs
