Experience managing end-to-end account lifecycle (forecasting, planning, pricing, contracting, delivery alignment) rather than transactional sales
Strong background in commercial + project management hybrid roles (owning strategy and execution across complex customer engagements)
Proven experience with contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-range planning for enterprise clients
Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (vendors, partners, internal teams, supply chain) to deliver solutions
Experience managing long-cycle accounts (12 24+ months) with a focus on anticipating customer needs vs. closing deals

seeking a Regional Sales Engineer Lead in Orlando, FL. A Snapshot of Your Day Join this company as a Regional Sales Lead
- Nuclear Service, where you will take charge of shaping strategic service offerings and driving commercial success across the Nuclear Region in North America.
You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Nuclear District Service Managers, and steam turbine and generator product lines to develop winning proposals and negotiate complex contracts.
Your role will be pivotal in growing the business while ensuring financial goals and risk parameters are met. Together with your team, you will harness advanced technologies, optimize service scopes, and build strong customer relationships-fueling innovation and powering a sustainable energy future.

How You will Make an Impact:
Analyze customer RFQs and partner with operations to develop accurate cost estimates and project schedules that meet or exceed client expectations
Collaborate with steam turbine and generator product lines to craft compelling proposals that highlight the company s value and advanced technologies
Develop and implement strategic pricing based on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence, securing executive approvals when necessary
Negotiate and finalize contracts to achieve targeted order intake and profit margins while strengthening long-term customer relationships
Support outage planning efforts and identify opportunities to expand service offerings within the nuclear sector
Manage a high-potential project pipeline in Salesforce.com to ensure accurate forecasting and compliance with internal procedures and Limits of Authority

Primary Skills
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 5 years of power generation experience-ideally in Generator or Steam Turbine Service-and a proven track record of selling or marketing service products and integrating proposals; Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a higher-level role
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while effectively leading cross-functional teams
* Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales analytics tools, supported by strong analytical skills to drive opportunity management and decision-making
* Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the leadership presence to secure resources and influence customer outcomes
* Solid understanding of nuclear industry trends, standards, and regulatory considerations
