About the Role - Mold SetterWe're looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to help set up and maintain molds and dies on our manufacturing equipment. You'll receive training and guidance from experienced Process Technicians as you learn the ropes - and eventually take the lead on setups yourself.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process Technician
- Learn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided)
- Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety procedures
Ideal Candidate Has:- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Basic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and mechanical parts
- Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to grow into a more advanced technical role
