 Location   Local to Indianapolis preferred. Open to remote if they will travel once a quarter. EST is preferred. WE PREFER REMOTE STRONG CANDIDATES OVER LOCAL. 
 
 Technical Program Manager (TPM) 
Overview 
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner closely with leadership to drive strategy and execution across enterprise technology initiatives. This role supports broad, cross-functional efforts rather than a single domain, with a strong focus on advancing fullstack development capabilities within an enterprise environment (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, and related platforms).

• Experience creating home grown / from scratch / greenfield solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Experience embedding AI into solutions.
• Ability to drive strategy around what is built.
• Looking for broad experience creating solutions across Legal, finance, commercial applications, HR, Marketing and Sales. 

 
The TPM will help shape and execute the transition toward modern, fullstack-driven solutions, working closely with engineering and product leadership to drive forward strategic initiatives. This individual will operate independently, with minimal coaching, and serve as a key contributor to both technical direction and execution.

Key Responsibilities 
Strategic Program Leadership

• Partner with leadership to define and execute technical strategy across enterprise platforms and initiatives

• Help drive the organization s evolution toward fullstack development within an enterprise ecosystem

• Support strategic initiatives including platform modernization, integration, and potential acquisition-driven capabilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into enterprise-ready solutions and roadmaps

• Operate at a TPM level to proactively move initiatives forward, rather than simply executing defined tasks

Fullstack & Enterprise Platform Enablement

• Support the design and delivery of fullstack solutions that integrate across enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)

• Drive alignment across teams working within legacy and modern application environments

• Help bridge gaps between platform-based development (e.g., ServiceNow) and broader fullstack engineering approaches

• Ensure solutions are scalable, cohesive, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards

Cross-Functional & Executive Communication

• Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, and leadership teams

• Build and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications

• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Partner with leadership to help guide strategic direction and decision-making

 
 Required Skill Set & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (strong technical foundation required)

• Ability to engage directly with engineers and understand architectural and development tradeoffs

• Experience contributing to or influencing technical strategy at an enterprise level

• Background working in enterprise environments leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar

• Exposure to or experience with fullstack development

• Experience leading or supporting programs that integrate multiple enterprise systems

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ability to introduce best practices

• Strong executive communication skills, including building reporting and insights

  
AI & Automation Mindset Required

• Demonstrated interest and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and approaches

• Ability to articulate how AI is being used (current or future state) to improve development and business outcomes

• Comfortable operating in environments where AI is shaping development practices

 
 Technology Preferences

• Azure (Azure-first environment)

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI)

 
 Experience Level

• Able to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Comfortable stepping into ambiguous environments and driving clarity and progress

• Functions at a strategic TPM level, influencing both execution and direction
