Job Description
We are looking for Software Engineering Lead / Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Golang, Kafka, Python, Kotlin, docker, Kubernetes, terraform and Java, capable of architecting and building scalable distributed systems, rapidly learning and adopting new technologies, and applying strong engineering fundamentals to solve complex business and technical challenges. Candidate should be an expert in Kafka technology along with a good understanding of Azure cloud and sprint boot as well. The role combines backend development with exposure to frontend technologies (Angular or React) and requires proficiency in building scalable, event-driven applications. The candidate must be expert in kafka architecture and streaming , must have expert knowledge on both admin side and development side . 
 
Kafka & Infrastructure:
•     Kafka Platform Administration
•     Topic Management & Administration
•     Kafka User management
•     Kafka Platform Support & Maintenance
•     Support and Maintain Kafka Tooling
•     Support and troubleshoot Kafka-related issues such as:
•     Broker shutdowns
•     Consumer lag
•     Logs append failures
•     Perform root cause analysis and resolve client-reported issues.
•     Collaborate with global teams for infrastructure and application support.
 
Cloud & DevOps:
•     Deploy and manage applications in Azure.
•     Work with container orchestration tools like Rancher/Kubernetes.
•     Utilize Terraform and GitHub Actions/Workflows for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
 
Backend Development:
•     Design and develop services using Core Java and Spring Boot, python , Golang, Kotlin.
•     Build and maintain Kafka producers and consumers for event-driven architectures.
•     Implement robust and scalable solutions for internal applications and alerting systems.
 
Frontend Development (Plus):
•     Work with Angular or React for UI development .
 
Monitoring & Tools:
•     Use tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Conduktor, and Confluent Control Center for monitoring and performance analysis.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•     Expert understanding of Kafka Architecture and Streaming requirements
•     Hands-on experience with Kafka administration and troubleshooting.
•     Basic knowledge of Angular or React (preferred).
•     Familiarity with Azure Cloud and container orchestration tools.
•     Understanding of Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
•     Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•     Experience  in Core Java and Spring Boot Development , Python ,Golang, Kotlin.

•     Lead the team from onshore
•     Drive the team objective and engage with client everyday
•     Work with client on architectural solutioning
•     Collaborative team setting with cross-functional responsibilities.
