Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a Federal Agency ServiceNow modernization initiative focused on AI-enabled service management, workflow automation, conversational AI, and Microsoft ecosystem integrations. This role will be part of an established AI transformation team responsible for expanding ServiceNow GenAI capabilities and building modern automated service experiences.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM, AI-enabled workflows, scripting, integrations, and enterprise platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions using ITSM Pro Plus capabilities
• Configure and support Service Operations Workspace
• Implement and expand ServiceNow GenAI, AI Search, and AI-enabled workflows
• Develop and enhance Virtual Agent, Live Agent, and conversational ticket submission capabilities
• Build advanced ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and automation solutions
• Develop integrations with Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and SharePoint
• Build orchestration and bi-directional API integrations
• Enhance Employee Center and self-service user experiences
• Support ServiceNow platform modernization and process automation initiatives
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript scripting experience
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Strong REST API integration experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Workspace implementations
• Ability to work in highly customized ServiceNow environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM Pro Plus
• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / GenAI
• Experience with Virtual Agent and conversational AI
• Experience with Employee Center
• Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID, and SCCM integrations
• Strong understanding of CSDM
• Federal clearance is highly preferred
