Our client is seeking Data Support Analyst for Atlanta, GA/Hybrid

Role Description

Our Client is seeking three Automotive Parts Backlog Specialists to support its Parts Assistance Center and dealer support operations.
This team is responsible for helping approximately 387 dealerships resolve part shortages, backorders, availability issues, and supply chain challenges.
The role serves as a key liaison between dealerships, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure dealers receive timely support and solutions.
Manage dealer inquiries related to backordered and unavailable parts.
Research parts availability, ETAs, substitutions, and alternative sourcing options.
Investigate supply chain issues impacting dealer operations.
Coordinate with logistics, inventory, purchasing, and supplier teams to resolve escalations.
Track backlog trends and communicate updates to dealerships.
Utilize SAP and other operational systems to review inventory, orders, and shipment status.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong dealer relationships.
Support process improvement initiatives designed to improve parts availability and dealer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data and identify recurring issues impacting parts fulfillment.

Skills and Requirement

Automotive parts, dealership, OEM, aftermarket, or supplier experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems.
Experience handling escalated customer or dealer issues.
OEM, dealership, AutoZone, NAPA, Advance Auto, O'Reilly, or Pep Boys experience.
SAP experience.
Supply chain, logistics, or inventory management knowledge.
Data analysis and reporting experience.
