Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), along with exposure to TMS and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). The role requires hands-on experience in DSI / Next World development, working closely with business and technical teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Work on JD Edwards (JDE) OTC module including order processing, invoicing, pricing, and customer management
Configure and support Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Customer Billing
Support and enhance WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) processes including inventory, shipping, and logistics
Collaborate on TMS (Transportation Management) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) related processes
Develop and support solutions using DSI / Next World platforms
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Work closely with business users, product teams, and integration teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across OTC, WMS, and integrated workflows
Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support
Participate in data integration, EDI transactions, and cross-system workflows

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of experience in JD Edwards (JDE)
Strong expertise in OTC (Order to Cash)
Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Experience in Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Customer Billing
Hands-on experience with DSI / Next World development
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience in JDE configuration, troubleshooting, and support

Good to Have

Exposure to TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
Experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
Knowledge of EDI transactions and integrations
Experience working in Agile environments
Prior experience in onsite/client-facing roles (US preferred)
