Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee and deliver IT projects with precision and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with clients to identify optimal solutions, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, driving exceptional service and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and IT leadership to define project scope, objectives, and estimates.
Analyze project constraints and propose alternatives to mitigate risks and improve workflows.
Organize and participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment.
Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and manage scope changes effectively.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on milestones and address inquiries.
Develop detailed documentation for technical project plans and ensure accuracy.
Assign tasks to technical teams, monitor progress, and provide necessary support.
Coordinate with clients to set clear expectations for deliverables and timelines.
Work with third-party vendors to align configurations and communicate requirements.
Conduct quality checks on completed work and coordinate training for clients on new technologies.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with a managed service provider.
Strong organizational skills and experience in project planning and coordination.
Knowledge of IT systems and concepts, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Proficiency in vendor management and risk mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience with cloud migration projects and related technologies.
