Pay Rate: $75 -$78/hr
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The selected consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing current business requirements, designing and configuring RTR processes within the S/4 HANA system, and supporting end-to-end implementation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules including PTP, OTC, TM, and TAX. The consultant will also work closely with the Financial Systems team to deliver solution design, execute testing cycles, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
To be successful in this position, one needs to have strong hands-on experience in SAP FI, Asset Accounting, and Tax configuration, along with working knowledge of basic ABAP for functional coordination. The candidate must be experienced in preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), coordinating WRICEF development with technical teams, and leading data migration activities from ERP and non-ERP systems into S/4 HANA. Proven experience in S/4 HANA greenfield and brownfield implementations, global rollouts, and EMEA region projects is required. Exposure to country-specific statutory requirements is essential, and knowledge of the Spanish language will be considered an added advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are critical for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of relevant experience. The interview process will consist of two virtual rounds.
