SFMC Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Immediate and Fully Remote opening for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support loyalty and customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on building and deploying email lifecycle campaigns, with additional support for SMS and in-app messaging.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing or Marketing Automation

• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio)

• Experience building end-to-end email campaigns, segmentation, and dynamic content

• Ability to pull and manipulate data from Salesforce/CDPs

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification required

Experience supporting loyalty or retention campaigns is a plus.
