Job Title: PC Deployment Technician (Refresh Project)Project OverviewThis engagement supports a large-scale device refresh project involving approximately
2,500 end-user devices. The project is scheduled for
16 weeks, with a strong possibility of
longer-term extension based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform large-scale device refresh activities, including hot swaps of end-user equipment.
- Deploy and configure thin clients, monitors, and laptops.
- Ensure all hardware is properly connected, powered, and functional.
- Work directly with end users to:
- Transfer user files accurately
- Confirm printer connectivity
- Validate successful device setup
- Execute "search and destroy" deployments by locating high-touch workstations and completing immediate equipment replacements.
- Follow deployment schedules and project instructions provided by the Lead Deployment Technician.
- Maintain professional standards while working in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Technical Environment- Devices are pre-imaged by the Cleveland Configuration Lab.
- Equipment is shipped in deployment waves from Cleveland.
- Imaging, configuration, and asset readiness are completed prior to on-site deployment.

Location & Travel Requirements- Must reside in and around Yuma
- Reliable transportation is required
- Candidates with a 2-hour round-trip commute must clearly demonstrate the ability to consistently meet attendance and schedule commitments
