Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer to deliver enterprisegrade, cloudnative applications in a regulated environment. 

The ideal candidate can operate independently, own solutions endtoend, and contribute immediately in complex production environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build full stack solutions across UI, backend services, APIs, and data layers.
  • Lead technical design and solution architecture, translating business requirements into scalable systems.
  • Develop modern, componentbased frontend applications with strong focus on performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Design and operate cloudnative architectures, including containers, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
  • Own production support, troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and operational improvements.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities via APIs with appropriate controls, monitoring, and evaluation gating.
  • Embed security, compliance, and audit requirements into application design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with product, data, AI, platform, and risk teams to deliver productionready solutions.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise full stack applications with production ownership.
  • Strong handson expertise in:
    • Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
    • Backend: Node.js; exposure to Python and/or Java
    • APIs: RESTful service design and integration
  • Handson experience with containers (Kubernetes or managed container services).
  • Solid DevOps skills: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, release management.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and efficient access patterns.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML services into applications via APIs and orchestration layers.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding, IAM, audit logging, and data protection in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices (code reviews, design reviews).
