Summary
We are looking for a strong Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business processes. This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

Build and optimize custom objects, flows, triggers, validation rules, and integrations
-
Implement scalable and maintainable Apex trigger frameworks and helper classes
-
Develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience
-
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
-
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
-
Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, security, and performance standards
-
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Support CI/CD pipelines and environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)

Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
-
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
-
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
-
Experience with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Auto-Launched)
-
Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials)
-
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD

Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, etc.)
-
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom CRM implementations
-
Exposure to order management, revenue operations, or complex business workflows
-
Experience with asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Platform Events)

Knowledge of data migration tools and large data volumes (LDV)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
