Salesforce Developer Role Summary

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business processes. This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

• Build and optimize custom objects, flows, triggers, validation rules, and integrations

• Implement scalable and maintainable Apex trigger frameworks and helper classes

• Develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, security, and performance standards

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

• Support CI/CD pipelines and environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits

• Experience with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Auto-Launched)

• Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials)

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, etc.)

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom CRM implementations

• Exposure to order management, revenue operations, or complex business workflows

• Experience with asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Platform Events)

• Knowledge of data migration tools and large data volumes (LDV)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
