Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global tax provision, automation of tax processes, and regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting across multinational entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with Tax, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders.
- Configure and support global tax provision (ASC 740 / IAS 12) processes.
- Design and manage Effective Tax Rate (ETR) calculations and reporting.
- Implement automation for deferred and current tax calculations.
- Configure and support Country-by-Country (CbCR) reporting requirements.
- Provide functional support for Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) compliance initiatives.
- Leverage and configure prebuilt tax content, calculations, and forms within Oracle EPM.
- Design metadata, forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts.
- Support data integration using Data Management, EDMCS, or FDMEE.
- Collaborate with ERP teams (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.) for system integrations.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, reconciliations, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Maintain detailed functional design and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with hands-on experience in Tax Reporting Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and IAS 12 tax accounting standards.
- Proven experience in ETR calculations, deferred tax, and return-to-provision (RTP) processes.
- Experience supporting CbCR and global tax compliance reporting.
- Understanding of OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax frameworks.
- Experience with financial consolidation and close processes (FCCS/HFM preferred).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
