Our client, a leading global automotive manufacturer, is seeking an Automotive Program Launch Manager (Mandarin Required) to join their team. As an Automotive Program Launch Manager, you will be part of the Aftersales & Program Management organization supporting Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Technical Training, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and outstanding organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $40.12/hour
What\'s the Job?
\t- Lead aftersales support activities for new vehicle launch programs from planning through launch readiness. \t
- Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and cross-functional business teams to ensure program success. \t
- Manage, track, and report critical project milestones, risks, and deliverables. \t
- Coordinate launch readiness assessments across supply chain, training, service, and operations teams. \t
- Prepare and deliver program updates and executive-level presentations while driving issue resolution.
What\'s Needed?
\t- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field. \t
- 3+ years of automotive engineering, aftersales, vehicle launch, or program management experience. \t
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English; (Spanish language skills are a plus but not required). \t
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \t
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and project reporting tools.
