Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Location: Oro Valley, Arizona 85755
Job Duration: 9 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $42-$45/hr, depending on experience
This is an onsite position for a motivated, hands-on engineer with experience in electro-mechanical devices.
Job Summary: Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specifications, reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills: - Knows basic and some specialized engineering techniques.
- Familiar with searching technical literature.
- Skilled with the use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphical, and presentation software applications.
Experience/Education: - Bachelors in Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
