Job summary and Responsibilities

• Understand business initiatives, deliver solutions, and provide recommendations regarding business objectives.
• Accountable for maximizing business value, balancing customer needs, operational impact, technical constraints, and delivery feasibility.
• Engages stakeholders to align on outcomes and success measures, not just requirements or features.
• Continuously evaluates delivered solutions and incorporates feedback to drive iterative improvement.
• Research and collaborates with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs
• Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring work is sequenced based on value, risk, dependencies, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support requirements for gathering, documentation, and process mapping for new and legacy systems.

• Billing System Expertise: understanding of billing transformation processes and catalog-driven service models

• Writes clear workflow documents/presentations
• Articulate business logic to technical and non-technical partners
• Coordinates across business and technical domains, integration owners, and workstreams for consistency and accountability
• Translate meeting outputs into structured deliverables, decision logs, and stakeholder updates; documenting requirements as JIRA user stories for development prioritization

Secondary skills (50%)/ experience

• Project / task management skills
• Experience on a Scrum Team
• Working knowledge of AI or Automation applications
