AI Automation Engineer

● 3+ years of software engineering experience, with solid proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.

● Hands-on experience building with Claude Code / Claude Skills or an equivalent agentic coding assistant (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Cursor), including the skill/plugin packaging model (SKILL.md-style definitions, front-matter, tool scoping).

● Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — building, deploying, and registering MCP servers; comfortable with OAuth/SSO-based auth patterns.

● Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS APIs and data sources — Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack — plus strong Excel/spreadsheet automation (formulas, pivots, reconciliation logic).

● Understanding of data classification and AI governance concepts (PII handling, RBAC, guardrails) in an enterprise setting.

● High discretion with confidential material — org-change plans, headcount, and vendor financials — before they're announced or finalized.

● Strong written communication — comfortable working directly with an executive office to scope fast-turnaround, judgment-sensitive asks.
