Telecommunications Specialist
Introduction:
The Telecommunications Specialist plays a crucial role in our team by managing and maintaining our telecommunications systems. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and providing technical support to our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment and systems
- Monitor the performance of network systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement network solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for network infrastructure and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users
- Assist in the deployment of new network technologies and solutions
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
- Ability to perform packet capture and analysis
