Physical Security Project Manager (Global Program)

Job Description:

In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and an extension of the customer s internal team to modernize and standardize physical security. You will lead program coordination, vendor selection, and execution oversight, ensuring that physical security solutions (Access Control, Video Surveillance) are operationally feasible and architecturally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Program Planning: Develop and maintain a master program plan across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, managing complex interdependencies and phased deployment strategies.
• Architecture & Engineering Alignment: Collaborate with Technical Consultants to ensure deployments align with enterprise network requirements and physical security standards.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Lead regional vendor evaluations (e.g., Convergent, Pavion) and define scope expectations for third-party integrators.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between Security, Facilities, IT, HR, and Real Estate to align access provisioning with HR systems and construction schedules.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish decision-making processes, manage risk mitigation, and provide executive-level status reporting on budget, forecasts, and project milestones.
• Operational Strategy: Transition the program from a Business-As-Usual (BAU) model to a structured project team model, clarifying escalation paths and handoffs.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Experience: 15+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale technology/security projects.
• Platforms: Proficiency in ServiceNow (HRSD), Microsoft Power BI, and MS Project.
• Security Domains: Strong understanding of Network Security (MSS), Cloud infrastructure, and Physical Security systems (Access Control/CCTV).
• Documentation: Expert level skills in Visio, Excel, and creating complex technical project artifacts.
