ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst for a staff augmentation role supporting a Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) Transformation Project. The primary objective of this initiative is to migrate digital assets-including mobile applications, websites, domains, and social media accounts-from disparate systems into a centralized, auditable, and reliable system of record within the ServiceNow platform.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that the solution aligns with business requirements while maintaining strong technical architecture and governance. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the project management team and stakeholders to design, configure, test, and document the ServiceNow solution supporting digital asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Extensive experience working as both a ServiceNow Business Analyst and Technical Architect
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including class design, data modeling, and reconciliation rules
• Proven experience implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and design
• Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in staff augmentation environments and collaborating with client-led project teams
• ServiceNow Certification such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

• Experience with Digital Asset Management involving websites, mobile applications, domains, or social media assets
