Analytics Architect | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) | Contract or Fulltime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to spearhead our data analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. This role requires deep expertise in Google Big Query, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and Looker dashboards, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts, define data strategies, and ensure our analytics ecosystem is optimized for scalability and impact.

What will you do?

• Data Strategy & Architecture
  Define and execute an enterprise-wide analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
  Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics initiatives
• Team Leadership
  Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics professionals
  Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven thinking
• Advanced Analytics & Insights
  Perform deep-dive analysis using BigQuery and related tools
  Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Tools & Technology
  Own and optimize the analytics ecosystem with GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
  Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and future-ready
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams
  Present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Data Governance
  Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards
  Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles
• Prior experience leading or mentoring analytics teams preferred
• Technical Skills (Must-Have)
• Google BigQuery, GA4, Looker dashboards (mandatory)
• Strong SQL skills
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, etc.)
