Guidewire Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Project Manager with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (Policy administration platform). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects within the Guidewire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

• Drive project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Oversee integration activities with other systems, including Guidewire BillingCenter (preferred).

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Guidewire PolicyCenter projects (mandatory).

• Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (preferred).

• Strong understanding of insurance domain (P&C preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
