Position: Data Engineer

Compensation: $55 - 65 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!

This contract opportunity supports a team focused on SAP data, reporting pipelines, and modern analytics solutions. The role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment with flexibility for remote work, while contributing to meaningful data and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and maintain reporting pipelines for SAP data
Support Power BI reports and semantic models
Build and manage Microsoft Fabric data solutions
Work with dataflows, Lakehouse tables, and refresh processes
Write SQL queries to support reporting and troubleshooting
Resolve data quality and transformation issues
Support data warehousing and integration activities
Document business rules and technical processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience developing and supporting Power BI reports
Experience with semantic models and Microsoft Fabric
Experience using dataflows and Lakehouse tables
Strong SQL querying and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of ETL and ELT processes
Experience documenting reporting requirements and data lineage
Experience working in enterprise reporting environments
SAP data experience preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Snowflake data warehousing
Experience with data modeling concepts
Experience with data integration workflows
Exposure to Snowflake AI or Microsoft Fabric Copilot
Interest in predictive analytics and intelligent automation
Familiarity with machine learning concepts
