Job Summary
The Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is responsible for maintaining and supporting critical cloud-based enterprise applications including Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa. The Federal Reserve Board is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Functional Analyst to support the production Workday environment, future Workday releases, and the implementation of new enhancements and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Workday Financials functional expertise, experience configuring Workday Finance modules, troubleshooting production issues, supporting integrations, and performing end-to-end testing.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Experience configuring, implementing, testing, and documenting solutions within Workday Finance.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday Financials production environments.
- Knowledge of Workday business process configuration and functional setup.
- Experience performing regression testing for Workday biannual releases.
- Strong experience with Workday integrations, including:
- Workday Studio
- Workday Orchestrate
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Workday Financials production environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Workday Finance.
- Configure Workday Financials business processes and functional areas.
- Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes.
- Conduct regression testing for upcoming Workday releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions.
- Research and resolve integration issues between Workday and Coupa.
- Manage Workday biannual updates, evaluate new features, and implement enhancements.
- Document requirements, solution designs, test plans, and test results.
- Support the development and deployment of new Workday solutions and enhancements.
