About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing AI practice in New Jersey. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise client delivery. You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our clients, offshore engineering teams, and internal leadership — driving complex Agentic AI and Generative AI engagements from concept to production. You do not need to write code, but you must think like an engineer. You will be expected to engage in deep technical discussions on AI architectures, understand implementation trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and guide teams toward the right solutions. Above all, you will own the account — its delivery quality, its growth, and its client relationships.
Required Qualifications:
▸ 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, technical consulting, or program management roles.
▸ Deep, hands-on understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration layers.
▸ Experience managing enterprise client relationships with a track record of account retention and growth.
▸ Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background; ability to write comprehensive, well-structured Jira stories and manage sprint execution.
▸ Experience managing distributed/offshore engineering teams across time zones.
▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to write crisp status reports, executive summaries, and technical documentation.
▸ Demonstrated ability to manage delivery dashboards and project metrics tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar).
▸ Proven ability to write BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process/data flow diagrams for enterprise software or AI solutions.
▸ Experience conducting requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops; able to translate business problems into technical specifications.
▸ Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
▸ Hands-on background as a software engineer or AI/ML developer earlier in career (even if not actively coding today).
▸ Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
▸ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps/AI deployment patterns.
▸ PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project/delivery management certification.
▸ Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
▸ CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ECBA certification is a plus.
▸ Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or Confluence for requirements documentation and process diagramming.
▸ Knowledge of data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
