Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) professional to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM embedded configuration, implementation, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to align SAP TM capabilities with operational needs while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) embedded solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end project implementation and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Integrate Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)/Logistics Business Network (LBN) with TM, focusing on Freight Collaboration (FC) and Global Track and Trace (GTT).
• Manage transportation planning, execution, charge management, freight order management, and freight settlement processes.
• Collaborate on inbound processes and embedded TM and EWM integration.
• Work closely with business process owners to align SAP TM capabilities with operational requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) embedded configuration and implementation.
• Experience with S4 embedded TM 2020 version is a plus.
• Expertise in BN4L/LBN integration with TM, particularly for Freight Collaboration and Global Track and Trace options.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.
• Experience in inbound processes and embedded TM and EWM integration.
• Willingness to work in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team and client requirements.
• Flexible to travel based on client needs.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Range: $75-80/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
