Job Order #1: Senior AI Product Owner
Location: Remote (Chicago, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC office access available if desired)
Overview
Client is seeking a senior-level Product Owner to lead its growing Enterprise AI portfolio. This individual will be responsible for defining product vision, owning roadmap strategy, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams. The role is heavily weighted toward strategic product ownership while maintaining sufficient execution knowledge to support delivery teams when needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Own product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise AI solutions.
· Oversee AI platforms including chatbot initiatives such as Alfred and HR-focused AI solutions.
· Prioritize features and enhancement requests.
· Partner with project managers, data scientists, technical teams, and change management resources.
· Drive product lifecycle management from concept through adoption.
· Provide leadership and mentoring to develop future internal product owners.
· Support executive-level communications and presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications
· Senior Product Owner or Product Management experience.
· Experience owning enterprise-scale products and roadmaps.
· Strong stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working within large, complex organizations.
· Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
· Ability to bridge strategy and execution.
· AI/Generative AI product experience.
· Experience with chatbot or conversational AI products.
· Utility industry experience.
· Experience mentoring or building product organizations
