Summary

We are looking for Salesforce QA Tester

  • 10+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
  • Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing, including test planning, test case development, defect management, and SDLC/STLC processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, and Salesforce integrations; exposure to Apex and CI/CD is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Salesforce testing/automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, or Copado; Salesforce certification is a plus.
