Summary

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across technology and business teams
Drive execution of transformation initiatives (cloud migration, data platforms, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise systems)
Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
Manage program timelines, deliverables, and overall execution strategy
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for outcomes
Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and milestones
Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
Support decision-making by translating technical progress into business impact

Required Skills & Experience:

12 20+ years of experience in program or project management
Strong track record of delivering large-scale technology programs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and/or infrastructure transformation
Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to unblock teams quickly
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations)
Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models (practical application, not just theory)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
