Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hogan Mainframe Developer to support and enhance core banking applications running on the Hogan Banking Platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hogan modules, Mainframe technologies, and banking operations
. The candidate will be responsible for application development, maintenance, production support, system enhancements, and integration activities within a large-scale banking environment.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, testing teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions supporting critical banking functions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements within the Hogan Banking System.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain applications using Hogan and Mainframe technologies.
Perform impact analysis, coding, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
Support batch processing, online transactions, and system interfaces.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
Develop technical specifications, design documents, and support documentation.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and development best practices.
Support modernization and integration initiatives involving Hogan applications and external systems.
Participate in on-call production support as required.
