Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML model development, MLOps, Model Governance, and Snowflake, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills. Experience in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models including forecasting and predictive analytics models.
Design and implement enterprise-grade MLOps frameworks.
Establish and implement Model Governance frameworks.
Develop AI/ML solutions using Snowflake as the primary data platform.
Provide strategic AI/ML consulting and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Lead AI/ML initiatives and mentor onshore/offshore engineering teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production ready.

Required Skills

Experience developing and training AI/ML models.
Hands-on experience implementing MLOps frameworks.
Experience implementing Model Governance frameworks.
Strong experience with Snowflake.
Python, SQL, Machine Learning algorithms.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Leadership experience managing AI/ML teams.
Preferred Skills
Life Sciences industry experience.
AI Strategy and Enterprise AI implementation.
Predictive Analytics and Forecasting.
