Director of IT Infrastructure

Inspira Health, the region's leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Director of IT Infrastructure to join our team in Bridgeton, NJ. Reporting to the VP of Information Systems, in this role you will participate in the planning, implementation, design, maintenance, and support activities for the hospital network and server, datacenter, telecommunications, user endpoint devices, help and service desk, and telecom operators. You will develop strong working relationships with Inspira leadership, customers, and other stakeholders, to collaborate and provide IS support and guidance to improve their workflows, outcomes, and overall patient and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a competitive and industry compliant IT infrastructure for the Inspira Health network
- Support clinical and non-clinical information systems including, but not limited to, revenue cycles, HR/payroll, ERP, finance, integration, and security
- Maintain responsibility for the establishment of systems and processes that assures the achievement of IS strategic and operational goals and objectives
- Oversee a team of professionals that support a complex environment across multiple facilities and lines of businesses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Establish and manage a proactive customer service program for managing resources, infrastructure, field services, and support team to meet the needs of our customers while remaining patient focused to meet the needs of our community
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree; experience within a healthcare organization a plus
- 10+ years in a supervisory/management role with experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide IT networks and datacenters and disaster discovery and business continuity across multiple systems
- 5+ years of experience managing IT operations and asset management programs (hardware/software inventory, patch management, etc.); experience with CISCO and Arista technologies a plus
- 5+ years of experience with managing an operational and capital budget and a customer service department
- Advanced PC skills and use of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
