🚀 We''re expanding our proven IT staffing model — seeking our second founding BDM
DataSignify has successfully established enterprise relationships through our East Coast operations. Following this success, we''re expanding with a founding Business Development Manager role for additional markets.

What we''re looking for:
🎯 5-8+ years enterprise IT staffing experience, Managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery commitments
🎯 EXISTING book of business with convertible client relationships (required)
🎯 Track record of $3M+ annual placements
🎯 Ability to generate closures within the first 90 days
🎯 Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on building vs. managing inherited accounts
Compensation: $70-85K base + tiered commission structure (10-15% of GP) + performance bonuses. Top performers exceed $200K annually.
Performance expectation: Convert existing relationships to 2-3 placements within first 90 days.
CRITICAL: We need someone who brings documented client relationships that can convert quickly. This is NOT a cold-start role.
