Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Program Manager/Chief of Staff to support a Data Engineering leadership team within a large enterprise environment. This role operates at the program level and serves as a strategic partner to leadership-driving alignment, accountability, execution, and communication across a complex ecosystem.

Program Overview:
This role supports a large, enterprise-wide data initiative that enables the creation and delivery of data products used across nearly every functional area of the organization. These data products support:
* Marketing campaign execution
* Data science, machine learning, and MLOps
* Guest and customer platforms
* Loyalty and reservation systems
* Customer care operations
* Property management systems
* Finance and commission services

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Leadership Support:
* Act as a Chief of Staff-style partner to the Data Engineering leadership team
* Provide end-to-end program management across multiple initiatives, workstreams, and business partners
* Help leaders stay focused on priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes

Agile & Tooling:
* Use Rally and Jira to track execution, dependencies, and delivery status
* Partner with product owners to maintain visibility into sprint progress and releases
* Own and distribute release notes and execution summaries

Executive Communication & Storytelling:
* Produce executive-level status reporting that clearly communicates progress, risks, and wins
* Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that tell a compelling story about impact and outcomes
* Translate complex technical work into clear, business-friendly narratives
* Leverage tools such as Copilot to enhance presentation quality and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in program or project management within a large enterprise environment
* Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Rally
* Proven strength in status reporting, executive presentations, and storytelling
* Excellent organizational, follow-up, and accountability skills
* Comfortable managing ambiguity and high volumes of parallel work
* Demonstrated ability to communicate at an executive level

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting data engineering, platform, or data product teams
* Experience operating as a trusted right-hand to senior leaders
* Background working across multiple functional areas simultaneously
* Familiarity with scaled or enterprise Agile environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
