SailPoint ISC Administrator

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint ISC Administrator (SailPoint Certified) to lead and manage complex identity governance operations. This role requires deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Java, with a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity and access management solutions while mentoring support teams and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

Lead identity management operations using SailPoint IIQ and Java, ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance
Drive process optimization by analyzing workflows and implementing automation and enhancements
Mentor support teams on advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and IAM best practices
Manage critical escalations related to access provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance failures
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SailPoint IIQ configurations and Java-based solutions
Evaluate and implement new SailPoint features and Java-based integrations (APIs/connectors)
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards through effective system configuration and monitoring

Requirements:

<>Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
SailPoint ISC Certification (mandatory)
Excellent Java development skills for customization and integration
Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
Experience with SailPoint FAM (File Access Manager) preferred
Strong knowledge of IT support processes, SLAs, and continuous improvement practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills

<>Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM environments
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes
Exposure to API integrations and advanced connector development
