- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture
- Hands-on expertise with Okta and CIAM solutions
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Experience designing and implementing identity governance and lifecycle management
- Background in enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of API security and integration patterns
- Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive access
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
