What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is currently seekingaqualified OneStreamJuniorDeveloper to support Guidehouse\'s Defense & Security Segment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
DevelopOneStream applications that focus onfinancial close,financial reconciliation,andpayroll management.
ConfigureOneStreamcubes, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and forms.
Support migration activities related to legacy tool retirement, including data loads, data validation, reconciliation, and parallel comparisons between legacy systems and OneStream.
Support the development,testing, and documentationof OneStream business rules and system enhancements.
Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement business and technical requirementsfor OneStream applicationsthat are in alignment with audit readiness andfinancial managementcompliance standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies,coordinatepersonalproduct backlogwithseniordevelopers, andactivelyparticipateiniterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor?s degree inengineering, computer science,finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
ONE (1) years ofrelevant OneStreamdevelopmentexperience including configuring and supporting OneStream workflows, Cube Views, Business Rules, data integration, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
OneStream certification(any level).
Completion of OneStream training programs anddemonstratedhands-on experience supporting OneStream applications.
Knowledgeof federalfinancial managementprocesses, audit readiness requirements, and compliance standards.
ExperiencewithSQL Server.
Exposure toAPI integrations and automation solutions andbasicknowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Exposure to orgeneral understanding ofAgile project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,includingclient-facing and technical writing.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
Experiencesupportingparallel testing, UAT, and legacy financial data migration efforts.
Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation processes,and general knowledgeof GLstructures and financial data relationships.
